Project Summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, MedCore Partners and TNRG are creating a 230-residence senior living community in Georgetown, TX. Situated on over 13 acres near the south entrance to Sun City, The Hacienda at Georgetown will be intentionally designed and forward-thinking. Construction on the 270,000 square foot project began summer 2020 for an anticipated opening date of late 2022.
