Jon Spears has been with TNRG since its inception in 1992 and has over 35 years of experience in the brokerage, development and ownership of commercial properties. He has developed numerous single and multi-tenant projects including speculative construction, design-build and build-to-suit projects in multiple product types such as industrial, office, senior living and hospital developments. Jon’s recent projects include: The Hacienda at Georgetown, a 230 unit senior living project in Georgetown, Texas (2022); Sooner Station, a 188 unit senior living project in Norman, Oklahoma (2022); Fountainwood at Lake Houston, a 190 unit senior housing development near Lake Houston (2021); and Intercontinental Crossing Business Park, a 132 acre industrial park near the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas (2021).  Past projects include build-to-suit developments for Post Acute Medical (Kyle, Texas and Dover, Delaware) (2014 & 2019) and Spring Cypress Senior Living, an 80 unit senior living facility in Cypress, Texas (2018).

Frank Fulco’s association with TNRG encompasses over 25 years. In the earlier years participating on the investor side of the business, he was involved in industrial acquisitions of both individual properties and portfolio purchases. Frank continues to work on acquisitions, build-to-suits, senior living, land and industrial developments, as well as joint ventures.

Twelve years ago, Mark Ward became involved in brokerage and development for TNRG. Previously, he was the owner and operator of International Archives, a document storage company which provided offsite storage of records. His experience in the warehousing industry has provided him with an apparent understanding of the various requirements that companies need in their facilities. Mark has been involved in over $30 million dollars of transactions totaling over three million square feet of industrial property.

Zain’s background is in Finance and supply chain. After 7 years of a successful career in the energy industry, he made a transition into real estate in 2019 as an agent and investor. Using his past experience in a Fortune 500 company and experience in real estate, he’s integrating business technology into TNRG’s investment portfolio. His goal is to maximize investor returns by increasing the production of projects while reducing costs using technology and automation, all while maintaining TNRG’s core values of integrity, honesty, and building relationships with our stakeholders.

Cindy Ehrentraut joined TNRG in 2010 after 15 years in the accounting and investment industry, where she strategically led various financial projects and assisted the controller and treasurer in daily operations. Cindy handles all aspects of the financial management for TNRG and its affiliated partnerships. In addition, she provides insight into current and future projects based on her in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry. Cindy graduated in 2002 from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics.
