(Houston, Texas … May 3, 2007) - TNRG-The National Realty Group, Inc. has closed on a 3.1-Acre land site, and will begin development in the near future. The new acquisition is located on Aldine Westfield Rd, between Rankin Rd and Greens Rd.

TNRG’s development plans for this site are designed to include three freestanding metal buildings, with square footage suitable for office and warehouse space, with an outside storage area. The buildings will be similar to the Airport Industrial Center TNRG developed in 2006 in the same area. “We plan to capitalize on the momentum created with the successful completion of our Airport Industrial Center across the street. The proximity of IAH, along with the presence of other strong companies in the area, has contributed to the increased activity in this particular sub-market,” explains Mike Spears, of TNRG Brokerage. He expanded on the topic by stating; “We hope to accommodate the need for smaller freestanding buildings in this area with this new development.”
