A licensed Texas real estate broker, Mike Spears joined The National Realty Group in 2001. Since coming on board, Mr. Spears has played a vital role in some of the firm’s largest transactions for projects involving several million square feet. While he has worked on deals throughout the city, his primary area of focus is Houston’s north market, including Bush Intercontinental Airport, Greenspoint, Aldine, and surrounding areas.

 STEPHEN KUPER

A seasoned real estate veteran, Stephen Kuper has over 25 years of experience in building management, construction, commercial and industrial ownership, sales, and leasing. Mr. Kuper followed Don Eastveld in 1992 when Mr. Eastveld formed The National Realty Group, Inc. Over the past several years, he has been involved in commercial real estate transactions of all types, including sales, leasing, build-to-suits, investments, and developments, with special emphasis on industrial buildings in northwest Houston.

STEVE ADKISSON

Steve Adkisson began his real estate career in 1987. Over the years, he has gained invaluable experience in a wide range of real estate specialties, including industrial buildings and land development. Since joining The National Realty Group in 1994, he has handled well over a million square feet of leasing and has represented firms of all sizes in successful build-to-suit and design construction projects in Texas and Ohio.

ERIC HUGHES

Eric Hughes skillfully handles all facets of commercial sales, leasing, and development. In addition to focusing on commercial brokerage, Mr. Hughes is involved in the development of numerous industrial and office facilities, as well as the organization of investment partnerships. As both a real estate broker and a developer, Mr. Hughes possesses not only a strong knowledge of commercial leasing and sales, but a thorough understanding of development and the financial structure of a transaction.

MARK WARD
Mark has been with TNRG for 7 years where he has been involved in both brokerage and development. Previously, he was the owner and operator of International Archives, a document storage company which provided offsite storage of records for law firms, hospitals, accounting firms, and various other professions which require a means to retain and store sensitive material for extended periods. He started the company in January 1998 and grew the company into a serious competitor with locations in both Houston and Beaumont. He sold the company to Recall in 2004 but retained ownership in several real estate holdings which he still has in his growing portfolio of industrial properties.

His experience in the warehousing industry has provided him with a clear understanding of the various needs that companies have in their facilities. Mark has gained a unique experience as both a tenant, and a landlord as he continues to build a portfolio of several hundred thousand square feet. Additionally, his hands on involvement in the development and construction business gives him the ability to clearly ascertain the needs of his clients as well as to be proactive in addressing potential problems that may arise in any situation.

As a broker, Mark has been involved in over $30,000,000 of transactions totaling over 3,000,000sf of industrial property. His vast experience in the many aspects of the real estate industry gives him the ability to provide the highest level of service to his clientele and clearly makes him an asset to TNRG.

RICHARD GLASS

Richard Glass joined The National Realty Group in January 2003 just after earning his bachelor of business administration degree from Texas State University. Mr. Glass specializes in the southwest area of Houston and has been instrumental in the success of many multi-million-dollar transactions for a growing list of industrial clients.

Randal Vaughn began his career in commercial real estate with The National Realty Group in February of 2006. He works with clients throughout the city of Houston, specializing in industrial sales, leasing, and development. Prior to joining TNRG, Mr. Vaughn worked as a marketing associate and sales representative for SYSCO Foodservices. He received his bachelor of business administration in marketing from Texas State University at San Marcos in 2001.

FORREST STEWART

Forrest Stewart chose to begin his career in real estate brokerage with TNRG. He joined the firm in 2008. Mr. Stewart graduated from Texas A&M University with business honors in 2006, receiving his bachelor’s degree in finance, and then went on to obtain his master’s degree nineteen months later. Mr. Stewart has also earned recognition as a master of real estate.

MARK WHITEHEAD

Mark Whitehead recently came aboard TNRG, bringing with him extensive knowledge of the commercial property management and investment areas of real estate. Mr. Whitehead became involved in commercial mortgage brokering and development in 2004. He also has eight years of experience in the residential mortgage and real estate business.

Thomas Leger’s primary area of focus is the Spring area where he grew up. He joined TNRG in 2008 after spending three years in the Las Vegas, Nevada construction industry as a project engineer on high-rise buildings, including the MGM Residence Inn Towers, The Molasky corporate building, and the Palms Tower. A proud Bobcat, Mr. Leger graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in construction management.
